Wacker Neuson Group Releases Preliminary 2025 Financial Figures

Wacker Neuson Group has announced its preliminary financial results for the year 2025. Group revenue reached EUR 2,219 million, aligning with their expected range. The EBIT margin was recorded at 6.0%, impacted by one-off effects during Q4, including legal and consulting costs linked to takeover talks with Doosan Bobcat Inc. Without these effects, the EBIT margin would have been 6.5%, the lower end of the guided range.

The Group also reported a free cash flow increase to EUR 202 million and a decrease in their net working capital ratio to 29.2%, below their target maximum. Investments totaled EUR 67 million, under the anticipated EUR 80 million, owing to a slow market recovery.

Market expectations for Q4 EBIT margin were not met, as it stood at 5.9%, though revenue exceeded predictions. The final 2025 figures and 2026 guidance are expected on March 26, 2026.
