Growth and ambition for Waga Energy in H1 2026

Waga Energy posted significant growth in the first half of 2026, with revenue up 22% year-over-year to €33.5 million. Recurring revenue increased by 27%, offsetting a 78% decline in equipment sales. EBITDA improved to €0.5 million, driven by higher recurring revenue despite a cautious market.

The production of 426 GWh of biomethane prevented the emission of 173,000 tonnes of CO2. Waga Energy signed five new contracts, including its first in Brazil, and maintains a strong liquidity position of €210 million. Despite an uncertain market, the company continues to expand its pipeline with 240 potential projects.
