Waga Energy publishes its 2025 Universal Registration Document

On April 30, 2026, Waga Energy announced the publication of its Universal Registration Document for 2025. This document was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) without prior approval, in accordance with European regulations. It is available on the Waga Energy website, as well as on the AMF website.

This document includes the 2025 annual financial report and the Board of Directors' report on corporate governance. Waga Energy, a player in the biomethane sector, operates 36 production units and is building 19 more across several countries, working towards the energy transition. Listed on Euronext Paris, the company continues its expansion thanks to its patented WAGABOX® technology.
