Waga Energy terminates its liquidity contract
Waga Energy has announced the end of its liquidity contract concluded with PORTZAMPARC - GROUPE BNP PARIBAS, effective December 22, 2025. This contract, initially signed on November 2, 2021, was suspended during the simplified public tender offer.
At the termination date, the liquidity account held 40,460 Waga Energy shares and €434,871.70. Initially, this account had been funded with €1.3 million through contributions made in November 2021, April 2023, and April 2024.
Waga Energy, renowned for its biomethane production using its WAGABOX® technology, is listed on Euronext Paris. It operates 32 production units in several countries and continues its international expansion.
