WALLIX: Information on Voting Rights and Shares as of August 31, 2026

Paris, September 7, 2026 - In accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, WALLIX has announced its situation as of August 31, 2026. The total number of shares comprising its share capital amounts to 7,099,569. The number of theoretical voting rights is 8,726,633, including treasury shares, while the actual voting rights amount to 8,722,451.

This change follows the conversion of 312,499 subscribed bonds into new shares. The next publication of the half-year results is expected on October 8, 2026.
