WALLIX secures €25 million in non-dilutive financing
WALLIX, a European cybersecurity company, has announced that it has secured €25 million in non-dilutive financing, which could reach €65 million subject to certain conditions. This funding comes from leading banks and private debt funds, strengthening the company's financial capacity to support its growth ambitions and the creation of a European platform for cybersecurity, AI, and industrial sovereignty.
The financing consists of a €15 million bank loan and a €10 million bond issue. BNP Paribas, Société Générale, LCL and Caisse d'Epargne Île-de-France are participating in the operation, strengthening the confidence of existing investors and broadening the circle of financial partners.
The funds will allow WALLIX to seize opportunities for organic and external growth, while optimizing their financial structure.
