WALLIX unveils Web Session Manager to strengthen digital security

On March 31, 2025, WALLIX, a European specialist in identity and access management, announced the launch of Web Session Manager. This new module, integrated into the WALLIX PAM platform, is aimed directly at information systems managers (ISM) concerned with securing access to web applications. These applications are responsible for 38% of intrusion incidents according to Verizon 2024. With Web Session Manager, each user session is isolated and deleted after use, eliminating the risk of compromise.

Incorporating a Zero-Trust approach, the Web Session Manager provides comprehensive oversight and privilege control. The tool simplifies access management through an environment without additional software, thus aligning security and business needs. By centralizing administration on the WALLIX console, it allows IT departments to reduce dependencies on third-party solutions and control operational costs, as Julien Cassignol, CPTO of WALLIX, explains.
