Wendel: Number of voting rights and shares as of November 30, 2025
Wendel Investissement has published its press release on the number of voting rights and shares as of November 30, 2025. This statement, in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, reveals that 44,512,038 shares are currently in circulation.
The total number of theoretical voting rights is 67,941,457. However, since some of these rights are not exercisable, the number of voting rights actually usable is 65,807,553. This difference is explained by the presence of shares deprived of voting rights.
This information helps to better understand the distribution of power within the company listed on Euronext Paris' Eurolist.
