Westwing Group SE Extends CFO Contract Ahead of Schedule

Munich, 6 November 2025 – Westwing Group SE has announced the early extension of Sebastian Westrich's contract as Chief Financial Officer. His new term will last until the end of 2029. This decision follows his significant contributions to the company's strategic plans since joining in August 2023.

Under Westrich's financial leadership, Westwing has successfully implemented the first two phases of a three-step value creation plan. These efforts aim to establish the company as a top premium destination in the Home & Living sector, with a focus on growth and profitability.

Christoph Barchewitz, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, emphasized the board's confidence in Westrich, highlighting his pivotal role in the company's positive trajectory.
