Wolford AG Initiates Capital Increase to Boost Equity

Wolford AG has announced the initiation of an ordinary capital increase, marking a major strategic step to strengthen its equity. Starting from May 22 to June 5, 2025, the company plans to increase its capital from EUR 46.3 million to EUR 87.3 million. This move will involve the issuance of up to 8,535,453 new shares.

The subscription price for each new share is set at EUR 4.80, with a subscription ratio of 9:8, meaning nine existing subscription rights allow the purchase of eight new shares. The subscription offer is scheduled for publication on May 20, 2025, in the EVI.

This capital increase is exclusively available in Austria, following the country's Prospectus Regulation, with no plans for a public offering in the United States or other countries. The complete Information Document is accessible on the Wolford AG website and at its company seat in Bregenz.
