YOC AG Experiences Revenue Growth Despite Challenges

Berlin-based AdTech firm YOC AG reported an 18% year-over-year revenue increase in Q3 2025, driving total revenue to approximately EUR 26.6 million for the first nine months of the year. Despite this growth, the company faced earnings challenges. EBITDA fell to EUR 1.2 million, and net profit decreased to EUR -0.9 million.

CEO Dirk-Hilmar Kraus attributed these results to higher operational costs, including Swedish market expansion and currency fluctuations. Nevertheless, YOC AG maintains its full-year revenue guidance between EUR 39.0 million and EUR 41.0 million, with anticipated EBITDA between EUR 4.0 million and EUR 5.0 million, and net profit projected at EUR 1.0 million to EUR 2.0 million.
