Leadership Transition at ZCCM Investments Holdings

ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc, incorporated in Zambia, has announced a change in its executive leadership. The company has parted ways with Chief Executive Officer Dr. Ndoba J. Vibetti, effective April 30, 2025. This decision was made by mutual agreement. Dr. Vibetti served in this role since February 2023, and the board has expressed gratitude for his contributions.

The board has appointed Mr. Tisa Chama as Acting CEO. Mr. Chama, previously the Chief Technical Officer, brings over 25 years of experience in the mining sector, having held various key positions at companies like Rio Tinto and Barrick. He is well-regarded for his leadership in project management and technical roles across Africa.

Mr. Chama holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Zambia and an MBA from the University of the Free State in South Africa. The board looks forward to his leadership in this interim capacity.
