ZCCM-IH Announces Board Appointment of Ms. Abigail Ngosa

ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc has appointed Ms. Abigail Ngosa as a Non-Executive Director effective March 2, 2026. Her appointment follows the compliance with Section 3.59 of the Lusaka Securities Exchange Listing Rules. Ms. Ngosa, backed by the Ministry of Finance and the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA), brings extensive experience in investment management and financial analysis.

Currently serving as Manager – Investments at NAPSA, Ms. Ngosa has been pivotal in major infrastructure and energy projects, particularly in power generation and transport. Her career includes roles at NAPSA in treasury and investment analysis, and positions in banking at Cavmont Bank and Bank of America.

Acknowledged for her expertise, she holds advanced degrees in Finance and Investment from the University of Nottingham and is furthering her studies at City St George's, University of London. The board anticipates her contributions to the company's strategic and financial oversight.
