ZCCM-IH Appoints Advisers for Listing Optimisation
ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc, a prominent player in Zambia's finance sector, announces key appointments as part of its listing optimisation strategy. The company has appointed Bowsprit Partners as its financial adviser and corporate broker in London. Bowsprit Partners, known for their expertise in corporate finance, will support ZCCM-IH's international market access initiatives.
Simultaneously, Stockbrokers Zambia Limited (SBZ) will act as the financial adviser for the Lusaka Securities Exchange (LuSE) component of the process. SBZ, a significant entity within LuSE, will guide ZCCM-IH in aligning with local listing requirements.
CEO Kakenenwa Muyangwa has outlined a long-term growth plan, targeting an increase of ZCCM-IH's market capitalisation to approximately US$7 billion within the next decade. This plan includes enhancing copper production and expanding the company's shareholder base internationally.
