ZCCM-IH Reports Significant EPS Increase for H1 2026
ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc (ZCCM-IH), listed on the Lusaka Securities Exchange, has announced a substantial increase in its Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the first half of 2026. The EPS is projected to be approximately 89% higher compared to the same period in 2025.
This financial improvement is largely driven by a significant turnaround in equity-accounted investees' contributions. For the half-year ended June 30, 2026, profit from these investees reached ZMW 370.49 million (US$19.66 million) compared to a loss of ZMW 129.43 million (US$4.74 million) recorded in the same period in 2025.
The group's net loss decreased to ZMW 89.86 million (US$4.77 million) from ZMW 129.43 million in 2025. The financial data is unaudited and will be published on 22 September 2026. Shareholders are advised to trade cautiously pending the release.
