ZEAL Network SE Appoints New Supervisory Board Member and Boosts Dividend
At the recent Annual General Meeting, ZEAL Network SE confirmed Dr. Hans-Holger Albrecht's appointment to the Supervisory Board. Following a court order in April, he succeeded Peter Steiner. Dr. Albrecht brings over 20 years of leadership experience in media and technology sectors, including previous roles at RTL Group and current positions with Scout24 SE and Deezer S.A.
The meeting saw a 71% shareholder attendance, with all management proposals approved. Notably, the basic dividend for the 2025 financial year increased from €1.30 to €1.40 per share, resulting in a total distribution of €29.5 million.
Dr. Stefan Tweraser, CEO, emphasized continued business growth with new initiatives like the Dream House and Dream Car Raffles, aiming to expand beyond traditional lottery brokerage.
