ZEAL Network SE Reports Double-Digit Growth in 2025

ZEAL Network SE experienced a notable 16% increase in revenue for 2025, reaching €218.5 million, despite a less favorable jackpot environment. EBITDA rose by 11% to €68.8 million. The company’s core lottery business was a key driver, with the average monthly active lottery customer base growing by 8% to 1.558 million. The gross margin from lotteries improved to 17.7%.

Additionally, the Traumhausverlosung (Dream House Raffle) became an essential growth area, achieving €38.9 million in billings during 2025. The Games segment expanded its portfolio, growing revenue by 46% to €14.4 million, supported by increasing active user engagement. ZEAL's investment in customer acquisition led to the addition of over a million new registered customers.

Looking to 2026, ZEAL forecasts revenue between €250 million and €260 million, with an EBITDA range of €70 million to €75 million, as it continues to invest in its diversified product offerings.
