Zimtu Capital Corp. Confirms Share Consolidation Date
Zimtu Capital Corp. has announced the approval of its share consolidation by the TSX Venture Exchange. The process, reducing current shares on a 1:5 ratio, will take effect at market opening on May 9, 2025. This means every five existing shares will consolidate into one new share, reducing the number to approximately 12.68 million shares issued and outstanding. The trading symbol "ZC" remains unchanged.
No fractional shares will be issued; any fractions will be rounded up. Shareholders will receive instructions from Odyssey Trust Company for certificate exchanges. Share options and warrants will adjust proportionally in line with the consolidation.
