AVAILABILITY OF THE 2025 UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENT

On 29 April 2026, ALTEN SA (the “Company”) filed its 2025 Universal Registration Document with the French financial markets authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers), under number D.26-0316.

This document is available, in French, free of charge on the website of :

A free translation into English will be soon available on the Company’s website.

This document includes, in particular, the Annual Financial Report consisting of the management report, the corporate governance report, the company and consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, the description of the share buyback program, the statutory auditors' reports and information on their fees.
