AXA’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of April 30, 2026
AXA’s Annual Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on Thursday April 30, 2026 at 2:30 pm (Paris time) at the Salle Pleyel – 252 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré – 75008 Paris - France.
The avis de réunion, published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) on February 27, 2026, as well as the Notice of Meeting, which includes the agenda of the Shareholders’ Meeting, the resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors and information on how to participate and vote at the Shareholders’ Meeting, can be found on AXA’s website (www.axa.com) at the “Investors / Individual Shareholders / Shareholders' Meetings” section.
The information required by Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce) is included in the Notice of Meeting and in the 2025 Universal Registration Document, which is also available on AXA’s website at the “Investors / Regulated Information / Annual Financial Report” section.
The other documents and information regarding the Shareholders’ Meeting required by applicable regulations will be made available to the shareholders at AXA’s registered office (25 avenue Matignon – 75008 Paris - France).
