Carrefour completes the sale of  

Carrefour Italy to the NewPrinces Group

Carrefour announces today the completion of the previously disclosed sale of all its activities in Italy to the NewPrinces Group, following the receipt of all required regulatory approvals and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Carrefour Italy is deconsolidated as of November 30, 2025.
