Charwood Energy continues to grow at a strong pace

H1 revenue up +43% to €5.6m,

Confirmed orders[1] up +20%

Charwood Energy (ISIN: FR001400AJ60, ticker: ALCWE), a French specialist offering tailored energy solutions from biomass recovery, is reporting its H1 2025 revenue.

In the first half of 2026, Charwood Energy made revenue of €5.6 million, an increase of +43% compared with the first half of 2025, continuing the acceleration seen since 2023.

90% of revenue was generated on behalf of third parties, for design, construction and installation services for customised biomass energy recovery solutions, on behalf of external clients such as agricultural holdings, manufacturers and local authorities, while 10% is generated for the company’s own account.

In the third-party business, the first half of the year was marked in particular by the gain of several won projects that boosted activity over the period:

• The supply, installation, and commissioning of a district heating network designed to provide heating and process hot water to the Stellantis plant in La Janais (35), carried out by its construction subsidiary Energy&+ and its client Engie Solutions;
• Winning the project launched by GRDF through its subsidiary Charwood Innovation, which aims to demonstrate the technical feasibility of injecting green gas produced by pyrogasification into gas networks, thereby opening new prospects for decarbonizing gas applications.

To date, the Group has secured orders1 from third party customers worth €12 million, an increase of +20% compared with the first half of 2025 (€10 million), deliverable and billable in 2026 and 2027, guaranteeing increased visibility over the coming quarters.

Other projects are in advanced discussions and expected to be announced in H2 2026.

In the proprietary business, several power plants are under development, including one for Verallia France, for which construction began in February 2026, in accordance with the roadmap. As a reminder, the 21-year contract covers the construction and operation of a syngas production plant at Verallia’s site in Cognac, which Charwood Energy will own outright.
