Cancellation of own shares
As part of the authorization granted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of April 28 2021 to the Board of Directors for the share buyback in accordance with article 7:215 et seq. of the Belgian Companies and Associations Code, the 14.587 own shares acquired between 25 November 2024 and 21 November 2025 included have been canceled by notarial deed on 18 December 2025.
