Eiffage enters into exclusive negotiations with BKW for the sale of Volterres

Eiffage, through its subsidiary Sun'R, is entering into exclusive negotiations with the Swiss energy company BKW with a view to the sale by Sun'R of the 65% of the capital of Volterres that it holds. The employees of the entities concerned will be informed under the conditions provided for by law.

The completion of the proposed transaction is subject to various legal and regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed in the first semester of 2026.
