Third-quarter 2025 turnover came in at €38 million, up 4% year on year, with cumulative 9-month turnover down 3% at €89.7 million.

Growth was driven by Hercules, up 33% over the period, while Thrustmaster held steady.

Highlights

-       There was a marked upturn in the Group’s business in the United States, with a good level of commitment from the distribution network for the final part of the year.

-       The transition of Thrustmaster’s entry-level racing wheels was successfully completed, and the brand now offers a comprehensive and competitive range.

-       A warehouse was opened in Canada to ship directly to Canadian customers without transiting through the United States, thereby avoiding import tariffs.

Geographical breakdown

A geographical breakdown of third-quarter 2025 sales shows 10% growth in North America, a very modest 3% decline in Europe and the United Kingdom and strong growth of 17% in the rest of the world, driven by solid momentum in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions (despite a slight fall-off in the Chinese market).  Hercules sales contributed to this growth, increasing sharply in the Asia-Pacific region, notably thanks to the success of the new DJControl Mix Ultra console in Japan and China.

Thrustmaster news

➢        Racing

The three new racing wheels (T598 [for Xbox], T248R [for PlayStation] and T98 [PlayStation5 and Xbox versions]) launched since September 17 have proven popular: on September 3, the largest English-language sim racing website, www.traxion.gg, wrote that “Thrustmaster’s brand-new T248R wheel is so good, you’d be forgiven for thinking it’s more expensive”. Meanwhile, French site SuperChicane said the new wheel offered “excellent value for money for anyone looking to discover the joys of sim racing”. In a test performed by www.thumbculture.co.uk, the T598 racing wheel with Direct Axial Drive technology won a Thumb Culture Platinum Award, the magazine’s top accolade.

At SimRacing Expo 2025, held in Dortmund, Germany from October 17 to 19, Thrustmaster offered a sneak preview of its brand-new load cell pedal set, Raceline LC Upgrade — as well as T818 Black Edition, the latest iteration of the brand’s flagship racing wheel base. Attendees were also able to try out the GT Wheel Add-On wheel rim at ten or so open-access demo stations equipped with T598 racing wheels.

In early October, Thrustmaster joined game publisher Ubisoft at the legendary Le Mans Bugatti Circuit in France for the GP Explorer 3 event organized by influencer Squeezie. At the Ubisoft booth, Thrustmaster offered gamers a particularly immersive experience with the game The Crew Motorfest.

In late 2025 through 2026, the market will benefit from new racing game releases (Assetto Corsa EVO, Project Motor Racing, Rennsport, NASCAR 25 and Endurance Motorsport Series), which should support racing wheel sales.

➢        Flight sim/joysticks

The launch of the game Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 for PlayStation5 in early December will be a great opportunity to boost sales of T.Flight Hotas 4, one of the only PlayStation-compatible joystick offerings.  In the space sim world, the Sol-R range continues to expand ahead of the end-of-year holiday season, strengthening the brand’s presence in this segment.

➢         Farming

The current SimTask range, available for PlayStation, Xbox and PC, continues to roll out, with consumer sales growing strongly.

Hercules news

Thanks to new products including DJControl Inpulse 500 Silver Edition and DJControl Mix Ultra, Hercules is progressing well in the DJ controller market. By expanding its listings, Hercules has secured a strong position in this market. A number of specific partnerships are currently being signed. The Music China 2025 show, held in Shanghai from October 22 to 25 and attended by Hercules’ sales staff, was a real opportunity to strengthen the brand’s Chinese distribution network.

Financial position at September 30, 2025

At September 30, 2025, the Group had no net debt (with net debt excluding investment securities negative at €16.6 million). The fair value of the Group’s investment securities, consisting of 443,874 Ubisoft Entertainment shares, stood at €4.3 million at September 30, 2025.

2025-2026 outlook

The new racing wheels and joysticks have proven very popular and their successful rollout continues, with the aim of winning new market share in the run-up to the end of the year.

The Group confirms its full-year 2025 forecast — upgraded at the end of July — of turnover in excess of €120 million and a net operating profit. The Group is expecting a more favorable outlook for fiscal 2026, with new racing games and the launch of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 for PlayStation5 on December 8 set to boost sales of accessories.
