Highlight Event and Entertainment AG: Update on CSL Mindset Ltd. transaction

The planned transaction between CSL Mindset Ltd. and Highlight Event and Entertainment AG ("HLEE"), which was announced on 24 August 2025, has not yet been implemented within the targeted timeframe and further timing is open.

Against this background, Highlight Communications AG, in which HLEE holds a stake of around 54%, is reviewing alternative financing options and has mandated an investment bank to analyse and advice on potential financing alternatives.
