Jo-Jo Announces Resignation of Director

TORONTO, ON / ACCESS Newswire / September 24, 2026 / Jo-Jo Capital Canada Ltd. (TSX Venture Exchange:JOJO.P) ("Jo-Jo" or the "Company"), announces that John Timmons has tendered his resignation as a director of the Company, effective September 23, 2026. Mr. Timmons has served as a director of the Company since November 2023 and has resigned in connection with a relocation.
