Marquis Who's Who honors Scott Stojetz for his achievements in the medical device industry. Mr. Stojetz has spent 30 years building relationships with surgeons and hospitals, and he now leads his own company focused on regenerative orthopedic medicine.

In addition to this work, Mr. Stojetz aims to help people thrive, while living morally and ethically through his writing and outreach platform. He has written and published three books, including “Temple” and “The Built Leader,” and is currently finishing his fourth, “The Next Frame.”

Building a Company from the Ground Up

Mr. Stojetz founded Lotus Medical, an orthopedics company built around a simple mission: to give surgeons access to biologic technologies that work with a patient's own biology to make them well sooner and longer. The company's product line includes a bone screw made from human bone that converts into the patient's bone, a magnesium bone cement that regenerates bone in patients with fractures and trauma, and a hyaluronic acid patch that regrows damaged tendons. 

Mr. Stojetz also offers Connext, a purified, micronized collagen that is sprayed onto surgical wound beds to prevent postoperative complications. Each product, he says, reflects his goal of helping patients heal sooner and stay well longer.

Mr. Stojetz built Lotus Medical after years in corporate sales roles, where he says transactional cultures often limited his ability to focus on patient outcomes. As an independent business owner, he now oversees every part of the sales and service process, from the surgeon relationship to the operating room. He is engaged in meaningful work and appreciates that his self-culture is his work culture.

A Career Built on Results

Before founding Lotus Medical, Mr. Stojetz served as regional sales manager for robotics at Globus Medical from 2020 to 2025. There, he collaborated with his team in the development of Parkview Orthopedics Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, into a Globus Medical Robotic Center of Excellence. 

Mr. Stojetz is most proud of the robotic programs built that serve thousands of spine patients in several communities across the Midwest. He has left an indelible footprint of work and service on behalf of patients in communities across Ohio, Michigan and Indiana, including Cleveland, Detroit and Morrison, to name only a few.  

Earlier in his career, Mr. Stojetz worked in sales roles at 7D Surgical, Medtronic Brain Therapies-Neurosurgery, U.S. Surgical and DePuy Orthopaedics. His accolades include the White Lions Award and the Atlas Award from Globus Medical, the President's Club Award from Medtronic Brain Therapies and multiple Peak Performance Awards.

Writing on Integrity and Purpose

Alongside his career in medical devices, Mr. Stojetz has built a writing and outreach platform called Fighting to Be Kind. Through the site and his books, he teaches readers about intentional behavior change through moral agency and living with integrity. 

He has published three books on the subject, including “Temple: Build a Self The Noise Can’t Move,” which addresses organizing one’s life around honesty and ethics, and “The Built Leader: Build the Self, Serve the Culture,” which applies those same principles to leadership. He is currently completing a third book, “The Next Frame: The Practice of Living Life on Purpose,” and is seeking a literary agent to help with its publication.

Mr. Stojetz credits his discipline to 12 years of competitive wrestling and cites his high school coach, Tim Armelli, as his greatest mentor. He earned a bachelor's degree in history and pre-law from Ohio University in 1994 and later developed a lasting interest in philosophy and sociology. In his free time, he practices yoga and meditation, and he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.

Looking ahead, Mr. Stojetz plans to grow Lotus Medical across Ohio, a family company built on integrity and service. He also intends to expand his reach through Fighting to Be Kind, using his books and website to promote kindness, honesty, and personal accountability.
