The calendar for OPmobility SE’s financial publications for 2026 is as follows:

•  2025 annual results: Wednesday February 25, 2026.

•  2026 first quarter revenue: Tuesday April 21, 2026.

•  2026 half-year results: Wednesday July 22, 2026.

•  2026 third quarter revenue: Wednesday October 21, 2026.

These publications will be released before market open.

The General shareholders’ Meeting will take place on Thursday April 23, 2026.

The presentations will be webcasted live and replay will be available on the Company’s website (www.opmobility.com).
