Net Asset Value as of February 28, 2026

As of February 28, 2026, the Net Asset Value (NAV) per share of Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) stood at EUR 152.66 (CHF 138.71), representing a change of +1.0% in EUR (+0.2% in CHF) since January 31, 2026.

PEH’s portfolio performance was positive in February, primarily driven by underlying valuations and supported by a stronger USD. Notable positive valuation adjustments were recorded in several portfolio funds, including Procuritas VI (a Nordic mid-market buyout fund), Highland Europe I (a growth stage venture capital fund focused on European technology companies), as well as a US-based venture fund specialising in early-stage and growth equity investments. In addition, several direct investments also saw positive valuation adjustments, in particular an investment in an artificial intelligence software provider.

The portfolio was cash-flow negative during the reporting period, with total distributions amounting to EUR 0.4m vs. EUR 1.3m paid into the portfolio. The largest distribution came from TA Associates XIV following the sale of PrimeRx (formerly Micro Merchant Systems), a leading provider of pharmacy management software.

In the reporting period, PEH completed three new commitments: EUR 5.0m to Highland Europe Technology Growth VI, a fund targeting growth stage investments in Europe, USD 7.0m to Francisco Partners Agility IV and USD 8.0m to Francisco Partners VIII, both managed by Francisco Partners, one of the premier technology investors globally and one of the longest-standing investment relationships in PEH’s portfolio.

The basis of the Net Asset Value Calculation and Disclaimer

The number of outstanding shares used for calculation of the Net Asset Value per share amounted to 2,439,598 as of February 28, 2026 (January 31, 2026: 2,444,104). The calculations are prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and pursuant to the guidelines of Invest Europe (formerly known as the European Venture Capital Association). The valuations of the fund investments are based on the most recent reported net asset values (NAVs) of the funds. In estimating the fair value of unquoted direct investments, Private Equity Holding AG considers the most appropriate market valuation techniques. The fair value of listed direct investments is the market value. The NAV of Private Equity Holding AG is calculated at the end of each month under a going concern assumption. The different reporting cut-off dates of the individual companies and funds in which participations are held can lead to short-term distortions and cause discrepancies between the published NAV and the actual total value of Private Equity Holding AG's net assets.
