Donation of shares of Seval, member of the Feuillet family concert

It is reminded that Seval, family holding company of Mr. François Feuillet and Mrs. Marie-Hélène Feuillet, holds 40% of the share capital and 38.8% of the voting rights of Trigano.

Through a deed of donation dated December 15, 2025, Mr. François Feuillet and Mrs. Marie-Hélène Feuillet, acting as sole shareholders of Seval, have donated to Mrs. Séverine Soummer Feuillet and Mrs. Alice Cavalier Feuillet the bare ownership of 49.99% of the shares constituting the share capital of Seval.

Following this operation:

• Mr. François Feuillet and Mrs. Marie-Hélène Feuillet jointly hold, directly and indirectly, 27.9% of the share capital of Trigano;
• Mrs. Séverine Soummer Feuillet and Mrs. Alice Cavalier Feuillet each hold, directly and indirectly, 15% of the share capital of Trigano.

The share of Trigano’s share capital and voting rights held by Seval remain unchanged.
