Derichebourg Environnement Engages in Significant Recycling Initiatives
Paris, November 17th, 2025 – Derichebourg Environnement, led by CEO Thomas Derichebourg, participated in the Choose France Summit at the Maison de la Chimie in Paris. The company emphasized its role in advancing the circular economy through significant investment in recycling projects.
During a roundtable discussion with Mathieu Lefèvre, Minister for Ecological Transition, Thomas Derichebourg outlined seven major projects. These ventures involve a €130 million investment from 2025 to 2028, aiming to create 200 jobs. The initiatives span diverse regions, focusing on the recovery of waste electrical equipment and the production of recycled materials.
Key projects include recycling initiatives for hot water tanks, automotive lead ingots, and used cables. Additionally, a partnership with LG Energy Solution aims to recycle electric vehicle batteries. These projects underline Derichebourg’s commitment to sustainable industry practices.
