OPmobility Releases 2025 Annual Results Highlighting Strong Performance and Strategic Initiatives

OPmobility reported its 2025 financial results, showcasing a robust operating margin increase of 11.4% to €490 million and an EBITDA growth of 7.7% to €1,001 million. The company emphasized its strong cash flow generation of €297 million and a reduction in net debt by €167 million, concluding the year at €1,409 million. These results are attributed to enhanced operational efficiency and cost-saving measures.

Félicie Burelle has been confirmed as CEO, underscoring the stability in governance as OPmobility continues its diversification strategy. The company plans to expand further in North America and Asia, with a potential acquisition in the lighting business. It also achieved carbon neutrality for scopes 1 and 2 in 2025.

Despite a modest decline in 2025 economic revenue by 0.9% to €11,537 million, the like-for-like growth rate was positive at 1.7%, driven by joint ventures expanding by 21.4%. Looking forward, OPmobility aims to enhance financial metrics in 2026, including operating margin and free cash flow, alongside strategic acquisitions.
