This 100V component is specifically designed to enhance automotive safety functions and protection circuits. It boasts a Wide-Safe Operating Area (SOA), significantly outperforming standard equivalents, thus increasing reliability in high-power load scenarios commonly found in airbag inflator ignitions and seat belt pretensioners.

The RS4P063BPHZG has been engineered within the standard HPLF5060 package, facilitating easy replacement evaluations and reducing design costs. As vehicle electrification advances, the demand for high-voltage and high-current systems grows. Consequently, the need for MOSFETs with superior SOA capabilities is becoming increasingly critical.
