Eiffage secures two works packages for the project to redevelop the former Saint Vincent de Paul hospital in Paris in a contract worth over €63 million
Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Construction, has secured two works packages for the redevelopment of the former Saint-Vincent-de-Paul hospital in Paris, worth over €63 million. The project, led by Paris & Métropole Aménagement, aims to create an ecodistrict with 600 homes, social and inclusive economy spaces, and public and cultural facilities. The works packages will focus on collaborative social housing and aim for various environmental certifications. Eiffage Construction will undertake the work over a 30-month period, following the preliminary phases involving asbestos removal and building demolition. Eiffage is a major construction and concessions company in Europe, generating significant revenue in 2022. -
