La réduction de capital de 298 207,20€ a abaissé le capital de 304 419,85€ à 6 212,65€, suivi d'une augmentation à 386 212,65€ avec émission de 38 000 000 nouvelles actions à 0,01€ chacune. La période de souscription s'étend du 15 au 30 octobre 2024, avec les DPS cotés du 11 au 28 octobre 2024 -
